Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information and for protecting your account credentials.

Products and availability

We work to display product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, images, prices, and availability accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by display. We may correct genuine errors before fulfillment and will contact or refund the customer if an order cannot be fulfilled as presented.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the storefront or at checkout. The complete amount, including applicable shipping and taxes, is shown before the customer submits payment. Payment is processed using the methods offered through Shopify Checkout.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled, is affected by an obvious pricing or inventory error, or is reasonably suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

Chemical products must be used only on compatible surfaces with the safety precautions stated on the label.

You may not interfere with store operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use the store for unlawful activity, or submit false or fraudulent information.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, CabinKraft is not responsible for indirect losses caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible installation, or failure to follow product instructions.
